This is a Wind-up done on Irish Radio's Cork 96 FM a few years back. It genuine and must be the funniest thing I ever heard! Its about telling a west cork farmer he must get a dog license. The man is irate and claims that he has no dogs, then one barks in the background. Hilarious!
